  • When registering, you explicitly agree to our Terms and Conditions, which may be modified by us from time to time and available here.
  • Registration Fees / Payment:
    • Happens through Eventbrite.
    • We are using a 100% advance payment model for registration.
    • All rates are inclusive of VAT.
    • Payment gateway charges will be applicable additionally.
    • For offline registrations please send a mail to [email protected] with the subject "Offline Registration". In the email please mention the training name or only the conference ticket along with your name, organization, and contact number.
    • Costs for travel and overnight accommodation are not included in the ticket fee. The participants are responsible for reserving and paying for these expenses themselves.
  • Cancellation policy: All Nullcon training & conference tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another attendee in lieu of cancellation. To substitute an attendee, please email us at [email protected] with an attached event ticket, and the name, and email ID of the person you would like to transfer your ticket to.

    Nullcon has the right to refuse an attendee to attend the conference/training if the payment has not been completed before the start of the event.
  • Group registrations: for a group discount code (3 or more individuals from the same organization) please contact [email protected] prior to registering online on Eventbrite. Once you have registered and paid, you are not eligible anymore for a discount code.
  • Your health is our top priority, so we will keep an eye on any developments around the coronavirus outbreak and will let you know if there are any extra precautionary measures we all need to apply. Questions? Send a message to [email protected]!
  • Subject to change: The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program, timing, or location. If necessary, changes may be made, insofar as these changes do not substantially diminish the described benefits of the event for the participant. Nullcon shall immediately inform the attendees of such changes, at least two weeks prior to the actual training date.
  • Subject to Training Change / Cancellation: Nullcon reserves the right to cancel the training in case of an insufficient number of registrations, changes in the availability of trainers, force majeure, or other unforeseeable events that render the execution of the event impossible and/or not worthwhile. Nullcon shall immediately inform the attendees of such changes, at least two weeks prior to the actual training date.
  • eCertificate of attendance:
    • A training E-Certificate of attendance is issued to each participant following the event, if and only if, they fill in the feedback form provided by Nullcon at the end of the training session.
    • A conference E-Certificate of attendance is issued to each participant, if and only if, they request this E-Certificate by sending an email to [email protected]
    • The participants can request for the conference / training E-Certificates up to 30 days after the event has ended; after which any requests regarding E-Certificates won't be attained.
    • Please note all E-Certificates will be sent to participants on the provided email address as a printable signed PDF. We only share digital certificates and not printed ones.
  • Privacy Policy: By registering for an event, the participant grants the organizer the right to save and process their personal data (comprising name, telephone and electronic contact info, business/billing address). The data is used for accounting and billing purposes, as well as for informing the participant about future events and activities. The training attendees might be contacted by the organizer or the trainer to share any additional information such as (but not limited to) the training, instructions about tools/kits, and classes.
