1. Commodore A Anand , (Director) NCIIPC
Commodore A. Anand, Director of National Critical Information Infrastructure Protection Center is an highly accomplished Naval officer who was also the Additional Director General of Weapons And Electronics Systems Engg Estb (WESEE).
Among his key contributions to security community, Commodore Anand successfully triggered renewed interest in the nation in crypto research by key academic institutions in the country, and was instrumental in establishment of the RC Bose Centre for Cryptology and Security at the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata.
Along with pursuing his PHD in Information Security Management, he also serves on several policy and decision making committees and panels on IT and Infosec in the Ministry of Communication and IT.
2. Vijay Devnath, GM+CISO Indian Railway
Over 12 Years Vijay Devnath has been heading the security of India's widely spread organisation Indian Railways. Moving from Konkan Railway to Indian railway he has researched and reformed the security at Indian Railways. His paper Critical Information Infrastructure Protection for Indian Railways, is a sample of his vision enforced for making nation's backbone secure and resilient.

He establishes and leads Chief Security Officers council within the region/country, with membership from key enterprise customers and government agencies.
He also is a Trusted advisor to government leaders and C-level executives on cyber security. Manish was also Responsible for various IT security initiatives in the Indian Navy during his 25 years service with Indian Navy.

2. James Forsahw (Researcher) Project Zero
James is a security researcher in Google’s Project Zero. He has been involved with computer hardware and software security for over 10 years looking at a range of different platforms and applications. With a great interest in logical vulnerabilities he’s been listed as the #1 researcher for MSRC, as well as being a Pwn2Own and Microsoft Mitigation Bypass bounty winner. He has spoken at a number of security conferences including Black Hat USA, CanSecWest, Bluehat, HITB, and Infiltrate.

We invite nomination for all the categories from all over the world. From the received nomination Award Juries select 4 finalists strictly based on the credibility, contribution and Impact created by the Nominees.
Juries do extensive background research to choose the finalists.
We declare the top 4 finalists in each categories and ask every one to vote for the finalists.
The Award Ceremony
The Finalists & the winners are invited to NullCon and the awards are presented on the BlasckShield Awards Night.
